利用規約

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、GRÆS（以下「本アプリ」）を利用する際の条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用された時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 利用資格

本アプリは、4 歳以上の方を対象としています。13 歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得てご利用ください。

2. アカウント

ユーザーは、アカウント情報（メールアドレス・パスワード）の管理責任を負います。アカウントの不正利用による損害について、当方は一切責任を負いません。

3. 有料プラン（GRÆS Pro）

本アプリでは以下の自動更新型サブスクリプションを提供しています。

• GRÆS Pro 月額（1ヶ月）
• GRÆS Pro 年額（1年）

価格は App Store の表示をご確認ください。

自動更新について

• お支払いは、購入確定時に Apple ID アカウントに請求されます。
• 期間終了の 24 時間以上前に解約されない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。
• 期間終了の 24 時間前以内に、自動更新の課金が行われます。
• サブスクリプションの管理・自動更新の解除は、購入後に端末の「設定」>「Apple ID」>「サブスクリプション」から行えます。
• 現在のサブスクリプション期間中は、解約はできません。

4. 禁止事項

ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり以下を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
• 他のユーザーまたは第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・複製・再配布

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害（データ消失・逸失利益等）について、一切責任を負いません。

6. サービスの変更・終了

当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更または終了することがあります。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内および本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

8. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は、当方所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

9. EULA

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of GRÆS ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The App is rated 4+. Users under 13 must have parental consent.

2. Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (email and password). We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access to your account.

3. Paid Plan (GRÆS Pro)

The App offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions:

• GRÆS Pro Monthly (1 month)
• GRÆS Pro Annual (1 year)

Current pricing is shown in the App Store.

Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable law or public order
• Disrupting the operation of the App
• Infringing the rights of other users or third parties
• Reverse-engineering, modifying, copying, or redistributing the App

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages (data loss, lost profits, etc.) arising from use of the App.

6. Changes and Termination

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective when posted in the App and on this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the developer's domicile as the court of first instance.
