プライバシーポリシー

GRÆS（以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「当方」）は、本アプリにおけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得します。

• メールアドレス（アカウント登録時）
• 氏名・ユーザーID・ゴルフ開始年など、ユーザーが自発的に入力するプロフィール情報
• スコア・ラウンド記録（ユーザーが入力するゴルフスコア）
• プロフィール写真・ラウンド写真（ユーザーが選択・アップロードする画像）
• 購読（サブスクリプション）の状態、商品ID、更新日時、トランザクションID
• 広告配信のための識別子（IDFA は使用しません。詳細は下記「広告配信」参照）

2. 利用目的

• アカウント認証およびデータの端末間同期
• スコア・スタンプ生成機能の提供
• 有料プラン（GRÆS Pro）の課金管理・会員ステータスの判定
• 不正利用の防止・お問い合わせへの対応
• 広告の配信（無料プランのみ）

3. 第三者への提供

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、サービス運営のため以下の外部サービスを利用し、必要最小限の情報を取り扱います。

• Supabase（データベース・認証基盤）— アカウント情報・プロフィール・スコアデータの保存
• Apple StoreKit（課金処理）— サブスクリプション購入・復元の処理
• Google AdMob（広告配信）— 無料プラン利用時の広告表示。Google のプライバシーポリシー: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. 広告配信

無料プランでは、Google AdMob が提供する広告を表示します。AdMob はユーザーの興味に合った広告を表示するため、広告識別子を利用することがあります。AdMob の詳細については Google のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. 課金情報

サブスクリプションの購入処理は Apple が運営する App Store を通じて行われます。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は当方では取得せず、Apple のみが取り扱います。

6. データの保存期間

ユーザーが退会（アカウント削除）するまで保存します。退会を希望される場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。

7. 安全管理措置

取得した情報は、SSL/TLS による暗号化通信、Supabase の Row Level Security (RLS)、iOS Keychain への認証情報保管により、適切に管理します。

8. 未成年者の利用

本アプリは 4 歳以上を対象としていますが、13 歳未満のお子様がご利用になる場合は、保護者の同意を得てご利用ください。

9. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後のポリシーは、本アプリ内および本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the developer of GRÆS ("the App", "we") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

• Email address (at sign-up)
• Profile information you voluntarily provide (name, user ID, year started golf, etc.)
• Golf score and round data you enter
• Profile and round photos you choose to upload
• Subscription status, product ID, renewal date, and transaction ID
• Advertising identifiers for ad serving (see "Advertising" below)

2. How We Use Information

• Authenticate your account and sync data across devices
• Provide score tracking and stamp generation features
• Manage paid plan (GRÆS Pro) subscriptions and entitlements
• Prevent fraud and respond to inquiries
• Serve advertisements (free plan only)

3. Third-Party Services

We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following services with the minimum necessary data:

• Supabase (database & authentication) — stores account, profile, and score data
• Apple StoreKit (billing) — handles subscription purchases and restoration
• Google AdMob (advertising) — shows ads on the free plan. See Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4. Advertising

Free-plan users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to serve personalized ads. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Information

Subscription purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store any payment card information; only Apple handles payment data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information until you delete your account. To request deletion, please contact us at the address below.

7. Security

We protect your data with TLS/SSL encryption in transit, Supabase Row Level Security (RLS), and store authentication tokens in the iOS Keychain.

8. Children

The App is rated 4+. Children under 13 should only use the App with parental consent.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted in the App and on this page.
